This is Mir's personal site.

This Privacy Policy describes how Mir Quadri("I," "me," "we") collects and uses information on mirquadri.com (including www.mirquadri.com). Contact: mir@mirquadri.com.

// What we collect

Only what you send, plus light site analytics.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Newsletter. Email address and an optional source tag when you subscribe. Stored in our database (Supabase subscribers). We send a welcome email and support unsubscribe via a tokenized link.
  • Contact form. Name, email, optional company, and message. Sent by email (via Resend) to Mir; a confirmation email goes to you. This route is for reply, not long-term database storage.
  • Sponsor & inquiry forms. Name, email, company, message, and related fields for sponsor, partner, investor, and similar inquiries. Stored in Supabase and emailed to Mir via Resend.
  • Studio. If you sign in at /studio, Supabase Auth uses magic-link session cookies. Access is limited to the studio owner email (mir@mirquadri.com). Optional LinkedIn or YouTube publishing connections store OAuth tokens and account identifiers in Supabase when Mir connects them.
  • Analytics & hosting. Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly / cookieless per our implementation) and standard hosting/request logs on Vercel. Datadog RUM may collect session and performance telemetry for monitoring (with user-input masking configured).

Newsletter, replies, Studio, and site health.

  • Send essays and related updates you subscribed for.
  • Reply to contact, sponsor, and other inquiry messages.
  • Operate Studio (auth, publishing connections for Mir's account).
  • Understand traffic and keep the site reliable (analytics / monitoring).
  • We do not sell personal information.
// Processors

Services that help run the site.

We use these providers to host and process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel — hosting and Analytics.
  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Resend — transactional and newsletter email.
  • Datadog — optional browser RUM / performance monitoring.
  • LinkedIn / YouTube — only if Mir connects them in Studio for publishing (Mir's account, not visitor accounts).
// Cookies

Auth cookies for Studio; no ad cookies.

  • Studio session cookies from Supabase Auth when someone signs in to Studio.
  • Vercel Analytics is described in our codebase as privacy-friendly and cookieless.
  • We do not use advertising or third-party marketing cookies on this site.
// Retention

Keep what we need, drop the rest.

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (or ask us to delete).
  • Contact / inquiries: as needed to respond and follow up, then ordinary email/database hygiene.
  • Studio: while the account and any connected publishing integrations remain active.
// Your rights

Access, fix, delete, unsubscribe.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (link in emails, or write us). Email mir@mirquadri.com.

// Children

Not directed at children under 13.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy.

If we change how we collect or use information in a material way, we will update this page. Effective date: September 24, 2026.
